The first day we spend 2 hours on service strategy and then the Feelings Program is facilitated. On Tuesday and Wednesday we facilitate our leadership program, Leading Empowered Teams. If an organization wants to drive a service culture, those in leadership positions need to improve the customer experience, use empowerment, learn how to coach, and reinforce great performance and improve teamwork. The first 3 days is our Certified Customer Service Leader (CCSL) seminar. The retail price is $999. On Thursday is the Train-the-Trainer seminar for Feelings and Leading Empowered Teams. You receive the facilitator kits for both programs (a retail value of $1,700). Only those who want to facilitate these programs should attend the 4th day which gives you Certified Customer Service Trainer (CSCT) credential. The retail price of CCST is $2,097.
