DISC Introductory Class Webinar

Individual DISC behavior styles and our emotional intelligence (soft skills) have a direct impact on our personal success and interpersonal relationships at home and the workplace.  Individuals differ from each other in fundamental ways including their values, behaviors, talents, temperaments, wants and beliefs.  Our webinar will explain what is DISC, outline the basic elements of each of the four factors and compare the basic differences between DISC and other assessment tools.  As a result, you will learn how to use DISC assessments and understand yourself and others better. This overview will also help you evaluate and decide to go the next level and become certified.
